The Rapid Relief Process™: New Multi-Energy Approach for Negative & Positive States

Come learn the new Rapid Relief Process, and discover how to work with multiple subtle energy systems at the same time. This approach is based on mindfulness, meridian theory, chakra balancing, qigong, biofield expansion/stabilization and hemispheric integration. Learn how to apply the process to a specific focus of attention, be it a problem or desired state. It does not require muscle testing, conversation or problem solving.

Stephanie Eldringhoff, MA, DCEP, LMFT, has specialized in energy psychology since 1993 in Washington. She is a consultant and trainer for ACEP's CEP certification program, past ACEP Board member, former faculty for Eden Energy Medicine, student of energy work for 46 years and co-developer of The Rapid Relief Process.

Marti MacEwan, MA, DCEP, LMHC, an avid practitioner of energy psychology since 1996, is co-developer of The Rapid Relief ProcessTM. The RRP is a cornerstone of her specialty in stage fright, performance anxiety and fear of public speaking. Marti is author of The Stage Fright Cure book and online course.


Mind/Body Tools for Children: Techniques for Trauma, Resilience, Self-Confidence & Performance

Understand how stress and trauma impact children. Learn the science behind EFT and how to integrate evidence-based energy psychology self-help tools to improve children's stress management, emotion-regulation, self-confidence and resilience. You will receive a toolkit of resources for teaching children energy psychology tools in a variety of settings, including in the classroom. ​

OBJECTIVES

  1. Describe at least 3 emotional or behavioral characteristics in children that occur as a result of stress and trauma.
  2. Identify at least 3 characteristics of highly sensitive children/teens and 3 common socio-emotional challenges of this population.
  3. Demonstrate how to apply basic EFT. 
  4. List at least 3 strategies for introducing EFT to children of various ages.
  5. Demonstrate at least 3 energy psychology techniques that children can use to help manage the effects of stress and trauma and reframe limiting thoughts and beliefs.
  6. Develop an action plan to integrate energy psychology tools into your work with children.

Suzanne Velasquez-Sheehy, EdD, EP is a certified energy psychology practitioner and licensed teacher and administrator specializing in increasing performance by identifying and reframing limiting beliefs. She is the creator of Stress Less and BOLT to Success SEL programs and the author of An EP Toolkit for Teachers.

Jondi Whitis is a master trainer/trainer of trainers and Training Board member for EFT International. She delivers professional EFT training along with other energy psychology modality workshops across the country. A former teaching artist in NYC schools, she is passionate about bringing energy psychology and emotional wisdom to children.

Gail Gillespie, PhD, is a licensed school psychologist in private practice in New Orleans. She specializes in the evaluation and treatment of school-aged children and their families. Gail has been an ACEP member and has practiced EFT for the past twelve years.

Holistic Treatment for Chronic Pain

Ancestral Trauma Release Techniques

Discover how the energy of ancestors can impact your clients' lives today. Learn how to heal deeply held ancestral patterns and traumas with Ancestral Trauma Release Techniques (ATRT). Deepen your understanding of Emotional Freedom Techniques and develop the skills you need to use Ancestral Trauma Tapping for emotional healing of your clients, yourself and your lineage. Some prior training in Emotional Freedom Techniques, Thought Field Therapy, or a similar tapping process is required, and you should be comfortable using at least basic tapping with clients (palliatively).

OBJECTIVES

  1. Name 3 ways emotional traumas of your ancestors are expressed in your client's patterns.
  2. Describe how tapping in the ATRT process differs from traditional EFT.
  3. Identify how to decide which ancestor or family member to focus on in the ATRT process.
  4. Identify 3 dysfunctional beliefs that can be passed down from your ancestors.
  5. Describe the basic ATRT process.
  6. Identify what clients ATRT may not be appropriate for.

Ben Schwarcz, MFT, is an advanced certified EFT practitioner, ACEP EFT program consultant, psychotherapist, and coach. As the son of a Holocaust survivor, Ben has personally experienced the challenges and healing of ancestral trauma. Ben's specialties are trauma, peak performance, coaching entrepreneurs, and spiritual issues. He is codeveloper of ATRT.

Dr. Eva Malanowski, PsyD , specializes in healing relational trauma and addictions. Eva's grandfather escaped Auschwitz and then fought and died in the Warsaw uprising. She has over 19 years of clinical experience, leads workshops for entrepreneurs, and for veterans with PTSD. She is co-developer of ATRT.
