Victor Lee Lewis, MA, is founder and director of the Radical Resilience Institute, and Radical Resilience Coaching and Consulting. He is a thought leader in the world of diversity and inclusion education, best known for his leadership role in the award-winning race relations documentary, "The Color of Fear".
