PURCHASING

• What are my options for purchasing the recordings?

  You can purchase the one day pre-conference intensive with Mary Sise and Adam Rizvi (Bronze Package), a keynotes package (Silver), and/or a package for the 3 day main conference, which includes 5 keynotes, 4 invited presenters and 10 learning labs (Gold).

• Who is CE21?

  CE21 is a provider of livestream and on-demand video services. ACEP partnered with CE21 to livestream the conference, and sales of conference recordings go through CE21.

• How do I purchase the recordings?

  Click on the button for the package you want to purchase, and you'll be taken to ACEP's CE21 page where you'll purchase the product. You'll create an account with CE21 to complete your purchase. Even if you already have another ACEP account, you need to create a new account with CE21. You can pay with a credit card.

• How do I access the recordings once I've purchased them?

  You'll receive an email from our provider, CE21, with instructions as soon as you complete your purchase. Make sure to add support@ce21.com to your address book. If you don't see their email, check your junk/spam folder. If you still don't see it, please email support@ce21.com.

TECHNICAL

• What are the technical requirements?

  You can use any Windows or Mac computer, because it will be accessible via the web. You'll want to be sure you have a solid internet connection so there are no interruptions in the stream for you. If you have any technical issues, please reach out to CE21 - support@ce21.com | 877-602-9877.

• Can I use a phone/tablet/other mobile device?

  Yes, you can watch the livestream on any device. There is an optional CE21 app for both iPhone/iPad and Android devices.

CONTINUING EDUCATION

• Can I get CE hours for the livestream?

  Yes. Please check the CE page to see the overall types of CE credit available. There is no extra charge for CE.

• I don't need that much CE. Can I get CE for only some of the sessions?

  Yes. You can choose how much CE you want to receive. You can also purchase single sessions.

• What if I don't want CE?

  If you aren't getting CE for the session, we still request that you click the credit button and complete the evaluation.

• When do I get my CE certificate?

  You can fill out an evaluation at the end of each session, at the end of your viewing time for the day, or after you complete watching all the sessions in your package. You'll receive a certificate for each session right after you complete the evaluation.

PARTICIPATION

• Can I ask questions?

  Livestream attendees were able to ask questions, but you will not be able to ask questions since you are viewing recordings.

RECORDINGS

• Do I have immediate access to the recordings?

  Yes. You will receive an email from support@ce21.com with your receipt and a link to your recordings.

• How long do I have to access the recordings?

  One year from the date of your purchase.

• Can I download the recordings?

  Sorry, but no. Recordings are only available for streaming.

ACEP MEMBERSHIP

• Is there an ACEP member discount?

  Yes, ACEP members save 10% on all packages and individual sessions. Contact Leslie Primavera, admin@energypsych.org, for your member discount code.

• How do I become an ACEP member?

  Visit our website to join.

OTHER QUESTIONS

• Can the conference be translated into another language for me?

  Not at this time.

• Will there be transcripts?

  No transcripts are available.

• Can I get the speaker handouts?

  All the handouts that we receive from speakers are available in the viewer where you watch the recording. Please note that not all speakers submit handouts.

GUARANTEE

• Is there a guarantee?

  Yes, there is a 100% money back guarantee if you decide the recordings are not for you. However, you must contact CE21 within 30 days of purchase in order to get a refund.
