Description

Eco-anxiety and PTSD are real issues, and mental health providers have an ethical responsibility to address them. As living organisms, earth and humanity possess mutuality, with a magnetic field and vibration that impact each other. We can use energy psychology strategies to increase positive vibration and healing.

OBJECTIVES

  • Describe 2 impacts of climate change on mental health.
  • Identify 2 APA ethical codes that relate to a therapeutic obligation regarding climate change.
  • Identify at least 1 meditative strategy for clients to increase their  sense of connection to humanity and the planet.
