Caroline E. Sakai, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist in private practice. She was formerly Chief Psychologist at Kaiser Behavioral Health and Behavioral Medicine in Honolulu. She is a certified trainer in TFT. She has been to Rwanda eight times, most recently in 2019.
